Dr. Jerry Bock

Dr. Bock has been creating stunning smiles for patients for more than a decade. In January 2003, Dr. Bock opened Cityview Dental Arts in Wicker Park, intent on providing personalized care for his patients in a unique, comfortable setting-that's his artwork on the walls-while utilizing the latest in dental technology and modern dental techniques. Dr. Bock is a 1988 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry and is deeply committed to dental education. He has completed rigorous coursework and clinical study in Periodontal Surgery, Dental Implantology, Restorative Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Aesthetic Restoration. Through intensive continuing education, Dr. Bock stays up to date with the latest dental techniques, technology and materials available. Dr. Bock is dedicated to providing his patients with safe, clean and comfortable dental treatment. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society.

Katie Frick R.D.H

Katie has a Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. She is certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration. Her many years of experience in the dental field along with her gentle touch make her and ideal hygienist for those who are fearful or anxious about going to the dentist. She believes in developing a personal relationship with each and every patient instilling confidence and trust. Katie is a Chicago area native and loves to cook and entertain. When she is not caring for your dental health, she enjoys traveling the world and scuba diving in exotic places.

Laura Bailey, R.D.H.

Laura is a graduate from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Ozarks Technical Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She is certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration. Laura is dedicated to her patients and enjoys taking continuing education courses so she can educate her patients with the most up to date information possible. Laura loves making Chicago her home over the last several years, but will never forget her southern Arkansas roots. In her free time you can find her cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks and St. Louis Cardinals or chasing her cockapoo Reeba in a dog park.

Terrell Miller R.D.H

Terrell is a graduate of Ferris State University with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene, and is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. She is certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration. Terrell's primary concern is offering each patient the best care, and educating her patients on their over all oral health. She is committed to patient comfort and firmly believes that her patients deserve gentle, state of the art care. Originally from Michigan, you will find Terrell exploring Chicago and enjoying any type of out door activity. She loves baseball and hockey and remains a Detroit Tigers fan.
